About Me

My research area was molecular ecology, looking at questions such as how populations of elk/wapiti move, to how do we define a subspecies and species, and using genetics to study how elk/wapiti have evolved and moved across Europe, Asia, and North America. I have lived in Holland, traveled through parts of Europe, and have spent some time in New York City. I love the outdoors and all types of music.
